Provider Assistance Program

The Provider Assistance Program (PAP) is a new benefit and resource available to providers and their family through Spring Health.

The Health Care Fund is partnering with Spring Health to offer in-person and virtual services to providers and their dependents to help deal with issues such as stress, mental health concerns, and financial difficulties.

Benefits include:

  • Free Therapy: Get convenient, confidential support from a therapist of your choice. Each member (age 6+) gets 6 sessions per year.
  • Free Coaching: Build new skills, create healthy habits, and reach personal goals. Each member (13+) gets 6 free sessions per year.
  • Wellness Exercises: Find fast relief for stress, anxiety, burnout, poor sleep, or other challenges with Moments digital wellness exercises.
  • Care Guidance: A Care Navigator can walk you through your care plan, help you find the right provider, and support you along the way.
  • Work-Life Resources: Free resources and expert consultations
  • Diverse Care Network: Choose a therapist you can relate to. Browse recommendations or search by specialty, gender, ethnicity, or language.
  • Personalized care: Take a short online assessment to get care and provider options that support your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Medication Management: If your care plan recommends medication management, you can easily schedule a consultation with a board-certified doctor who can prescribe as needed. Up to 2 of your covered therapy sessions can be used for medication management.

All services are confidential, and your medical records are NOT shared with the Health Care Fund.

Providers are guaranteed 6 sessions through Spring Health’s benefits and support will be available in English and Spanish.

Do I need to apply for Provider Assistance Benefits?

If you are already enrolled in the CCPU Health Care Fund’s Benefits Program, you don’t need to do anything. You will be enrolled in Provider Assistance Benefits automatically.

Is there a cost associated with Provider Assistance Benefits?

This CCPU Health Care Fund benefit is available at no extra cost to you.

Do these benefits cover spouse and/or dependents?

Yes. This CCPU Health Care Fund benefit is available to childcare providers and spouse and children added to the provider’s Family benefits.
